Our Team
Mohammad Al Sabah
Founder / Architect
Mohammad Al Sabah attained his professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago in 2011.
After graduation Mohammad joined the renowned architecture firm Herzog & deMeuron in Basel, Switzerland and worked on various large scale cultural projects.
Upon returning to Kuwait in 2014, he joined the Ministry of Public Works for several years prior to establishing MAS Architects in 2018.
Ismail Abu-Doush
Architect
Ismail Abu-Doush obtained a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan in Amman in 2017.
Having experience in Kuwait and in Jordan in various residential and commercial projects, Ismail has the ability to handle projects with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Typically anywhere from 3 to 6 months. This depends mainly on the size and type of project.
The design process is broken down into 5 main phases (Pre-Design, Concept, Schematic, Design Developments, and Construction Documents)
Meetings with the client/users are done throughout the design process, with their approval needed at the end of each phase to commence with the following phases.
The payment structure for the typical architectural design package is divided into several payments.
An initial payment is made at the start, after the kick-off meeting and the signing of the design contract.
The following payments are made at the end of each phase after the clients approval, with the final payment being made after the building permit is issued and the construction drawings are completed.
